General Issues

I cannot hear the app sound on my iPad/iPhone.
If you are having issues hearing sound on your iOS device (iPhone, iPad, etc):
– Check your mute switch. All iOS devices have a switch on the side of the device. Please make sure that this is not set to the off position.
– Restart your device.

I re-installed Spanish At Home for Kids. How do I restore previous purchases?
A “restore” button was added in the parents section. Apple will check to see if the purchase was made and will restore the purchases (you should hear a chime once finished).
